Welcome to Empowering the Future: NTCC 2030, our strategic framework for the years ahead at �ǿմ�ý. In Fall 2025, we began a new planning process with a clear intention: not to create another traditional long range plan, but to build a framework that reflects who we truly are as a community college—nimble, responsive, and deeply connected to those we serve. We listened carefully to our community, students, employees, business and industry partners, and transfer institutions, and we committed to an approach that allows us to focus, adapt, and move forward with purpose.

Guided by our mission and vision—and anchored by our North Star statement, “A nationally recognized, community-rooted college where care drives innovation and real-world preparation transforms lives”—this framework uses Strategic Priorities and an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) model to ensure both clarity and action. At NTCC, we care deeply about our community, and that care drives us to innovate, to prepare our students for the real world, and to transform lives.
