Eagles Baseball looks to bounce back in Region 14 Tournament
The Ðǿմ«Ã½ Eagles Baseball team dropped their opening game of the NJCAA Region 14 Baseball Tournament on Thursday, May 8, falling 4-2 to the Wharton County Junior College Buccaneers.

The Ðǿմ«Ã½ (NTCC) Board of Trustees held its regular April meeting on May 6th. The meeting was pushed back due to the ongoing presidential search process. All board members were present.
The Ðǿմ«Ã½ Adult Education and Literacy program will hold its General Education Development (GED) commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 7 p.m. at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. Students who have completed their GED certification during the program year will be honored.
Live streaming will be available for family and friends who are unable to attend in person. A brief reception will be held in the Whatley Center foyer after the commencement ceremony.
On Thursday, May 8, the Ðǿմ«Ã½ (NTCC) community gathered in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts to honor the retirement of President Dr. Ron Clinton. The event drew NTCC faculty, staff, students, friends, former employees, and public figures from across the region to celebrate Dr. Clinton’s remarkable legacy.

The Ranch Manager is responsible for working with college faculty to assist in facilitating labs at the college ranch. The Ranch Manager is responsible for oversight of the overall grounds and maintenance of the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Demonstration Ranch. This individual will be responsible for the care of the NTCC livestock herd, and will make recommendations toward herd management. As Ranch Manager, he/she will be responsible for pasture management, to include, but not limited to spraying, fertilizing, mowing, and hay baling.

Dr. Kevin Rose has been named the sole finalist for president of Ðǿմ«Ã½. The NTCC Board of Trustees unanimously voted to move forward with his appointment during their regular April meeting, held on May 6.
Per state law, a 21-day notice is required before a sole finalist can be officially appointed.
