Adult Education offers free GED, ESL classes

The Adult Education Department at 星空传媒 is accepting new and returning students for its GED (General Educational Development) and English Language programs. Those interested in participating in either of these free educational programs should call to make an appointment for registration beginning August 19, 2024.  While classes are offered in various convenient locations around the area, all registration will be held at the Community Resource Center (formerly MPISD Administration Building) at 105 N. Riddle Street in Mount Pleasant.

Dual Credit Adjunct Culinary Arts Faculty

This position will teach assigned dual credit Culinary Arts courses at Daingerfield High School each Fall and Spring semester.

Experience and Other Qualifications Required:

Must have an earned Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts.  

Prior teaching experience at the K-12 and/or community college level preferred.
