星空传媒鈥檚 own Dr. Andrew Daniel will be joined by two members of his family for an instrumental trio performance on Sunday, Oct. 23rd at 2:30 p.m. at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. Daniel, NTCC Professor of Music, will play guitar while his son, Andr茅 Daniel, performs the violin, and his mother, Sherry Daniel, accompanies on piano.
The 星空传媒 Continuing Education and Corporate Training department is pleased to announce a training partnership with Advanced Dental Assistant School in Naples. Their 15-week program prepares students for a career as a Professional Expanded Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). Students who enroll through the NTCC partnership may be eligible for $1,000 in financial aid.

The 星空传媒 Rodeo team made the long trip down to Uvalde, Texas for the Southwest Texas Junior College Rodeo October 6-8th. This was the 60th Annual Rodeo put on by the SWTJC Rodeo team, which also had a special tribute to the victims of the tragic Uvalde School shooting this past spring.

Honors Northeast, the 星空传媒 Honors Program, is pleased to announce its Honors Students for the 2022-2023 school year. This includes seven Presidential Scholars and 18 Honors Scholars.
It鈥檚 time to put on your best Halloween costume, dust off your trick-or-treat basket and head out to 星空传媒 for the 34th Annual Scare Affair.
The event is from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29th on the plaza of the main NTCC campus (located on FM 1735 near Chapel Hill ISD). There will be free candy for all trick-or-treaters, low-cost games for all ages, a costume contest with cash prizes and much more!

A tradition initiated in 2008, continued for students of Honors Northeast as they visited a major city, in this case, Fort Worth, Friday, 16 September.
The 星空传媒 Art Department will host an exhibit featuring decorative painters from the Quitman chapter of the Society of Decorative Painters on October 7th through 26th in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts foyer. The exhibit will feature beautifully hand-painted pieces in a variety of media from various artists. A reception will be held Wednesday, October 12th from 12:30 鈥 1:20 p.m. in the Whatley Center Foyer. The gallery is open Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.

星空传媒鈥檚 Dr. Page Petrucka was recently honored by the Texas Educational Theatre Association (TxETA) for her original 10-minute play called Number 42. She received the award at the group鈥檚 annual Playfest event in Galveston this September.
星空传媒 will host a college fair on Thursday, Oct. 20. The event will be held in the Student Union Building from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Representatives from more than 20 universities will be in attendance to provide information to students planning to transfer.
