J.T. and Kaye Brison recently presented a check to Carolyn Franks (right), Director of the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at �ǿմ�ý, to sponsor the upcoming performance of Shakespeare's†As You Like It. The national tour of the play, by the prestigious Acting Company of New York, will be presented one night only on Friday, April 5 at 7:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center. �ǿմ�ý Professor of Theatre and Speech, Douglas Hoppock, was recently named an Alumni Ambassador by Texas A&M University-Commerce for the 2013 Alumni Ambassador Forum.

Each year, departments at A&M-Commerce choose former students return to campus for this event. It is the highest honor a department can bestow upon its alumni.
