NTCC Rodeo action continues Friday and Saturday

The Ðǿմ«Ã½ Rodeo is in full swing, with plenty of action still ahead through Saturday at the Mount Pleasant Rodeo Association Arena.

Friday’s competition kicks off with slack events — including Tie Down Roping, Ladies Breakaway Roping, Steer Wrestling, Goat Tying, and Team Roping — beginning at 9 a.m. The excitement continues Friday night at 7 p.m. with a full rodeo performance featuring both timed events and rough stock.

Soccer complex debuts upgraded facilities

The NTCC Men's and Women's Soccer Programs are proud to announce their newly remodeled soccer complex.

The redeveloped, fan-friendly facility features a front entry portal to greet fans, a wrapped food truck / concession stand, awnings to protect the faithful from rain and sun, a railing separating the fans from the playing surface, updated, branded windscreens and scoreboard, world cup style goals and nets, bench coverings for the players and coaches, as well as a new permanent sound system and a flag pole.

NTCC celebrates 40th Anniversary with great turnout for community picnic

NTCC administrators and members of the Board of Trustees cut the ribbon after remarks at the 40th Anniversary Community Picnic. 

Ðǿմ«Ã½ celebrated a major milestone on Saturday as around 1,000 people came out to campus for the 40th Anniversary Community Picnic. The event was filled with fun, laughter, and community pride as families, alumni, students, and friends gathered to mark four decades of NTCC serving Northeast Texas.

Ðǿմ«Ã½ held its 40th Anniversary Community Picnic on Saturday, Oct. 4th. Part of the festivities included an impressive car show that drew more than 50 entries from across the region. The event featured a wide variety of makes and models, showcasing everything from vintage classics to modern favorites.
